Our software purchases are eligible for a 24-hour refund, exclusively if you provide video evidence demonstrating that the software is not functioning on your computer. Issues such as detection by screen-sharing software or slow solution generation are not covered by this policy.
We retain the right to decline refund requests deemed fraudulent, abusive, or submitted beyond the 24-hour period.
To request a refund:
- Contact our customer service team via email at support@interhelper.org
- Include your purchase details, the reason for your refund request, and video evidence of the software malfunction.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-14 business days depending on your payment provider.
- Any remaining tokens will be forfeited upon the issuance of a refund.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Partial refunds for unused portions of the purchase will not be granted.
